Pay

• $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS!!
• Average $200 per day
• Annually drivers average $75,000
• Daily minimum pay when in training
• Down time pay
• Breakdown pay

• Health Benefits: medical, prescription, dental, and vision after 60 Days
• Rider Policy: No rider program available for feed mill. No pets
• 6 Paid Holidays

• Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
• $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
• $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months
• Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal

Work and Route

• Home Daily
• 5 to 6 day work week:
• Sunday - Friday with some weekends
• Start times vary from 1:00am - 10:00am
• 2018 Kenworth trucks
• Slip seating may be required
• Going to various chicken farms picking up live chickens and delivering them to the plant in Broadway
• Recruiting Areas: 50 mile radius of Broadway VA terminal

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class-A CDL with 1 year of 53' tractor trailer experience.
• Mentor programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience.
