Pay

• Average Pay: $200 a day
• Holiday Pay: Average $150
• Breakdown Pay: $12/hr up to 8 hours
• Daily minimum pay when in training
• Stop Pay: $20
• Trailer Spotting: $8.25
• Wait Time: $12/hr after 1 hour

• $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!

• Bonuses: for safety and retention
• Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
• Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
• $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
• $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work & Route

• Work Days: Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
• Start Times: vary from midnight to 6 AM
• Pickup and Delivery: to alternate locations as directed by the short haul manager
• Home Daily

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class-A CDL with 1 year of 53' tractor trailer experience.
• Mentor programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience.
