JOB DESCRIPTION

Pay

• Part Time Pay: $265 Per Day: Layover, and stop-offs included.
• Weekly Retention Bonus
• Daily minimum pay when in training

• Tuition Reimbursement: if we are your first employer, call for list of approved schools
• Bonuses: safety, performance and weekly retention
• No paid holidays
• Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
• Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
• $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
• $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work and Route

• Average Miles Per Day: 200 - 400
• Driver will need to be available a minimum of 24 hours to allow time for a full round trip (150-250 miles each way). More time available means more guaranteed pay!
• Dedicated Runs: to the JBS Pork plants in Ottumwa, IA but could pick up loads at other locations
• Running Area: Iowa and surrounding states, but can change at any time depending on JBS Pork needs
• No-Touch Freight: drop and hook at JBS plant; live unload by lumpers at customer locations
• Hiring Area: Ottumwa, IA Louisville, KY Marshalltown, IA Worthington, OH and Beardstown, IL - 50 mile radius
• Work Schedule: 3 days per week minimum
• Starting Days: Sunday - Tuesday

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class-A CDL with 1 year of 53' tractor trailer experience.
• Mentor programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience.
