Pay

• $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!
*($1,000 at 30 days, $1,000 at 60 days, $1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months and $1,000 at 1 year)

• Paid by the Load: average of $200 per day
• Annually drivers average $49,000 with our top drivers earning $73,000+

• Health Benefits: medical, prescription, dental, and vision after 60 Days
• Paid Holidays: 6 days
• Bonuses: for safety and retention
• Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal
• Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
• $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
• $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work and Route

• Pickups and Deliveries: Going to various chicken farms, picking up loads and bringing them into the Marshville plant.
• Days and Hours: 5 day work week, Sunday-Thursday, and Mon-Friday schedules. Including some weekends as business warrants (Work a 6th day a minimum of once per month, as processing schedules dictate). Shifts vary: Night shift and day shift positions available. (Needs will be based on weekly driver needs sent by operations).
• Equipment: 2018 Kenworths; some slip-seat
• Hiring Areas: within 40 miles of the terminal in Marshville, NC
• Home nightly
• This position will cross train with our Feed Haul position and assist as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class-A CDL with 1 year of 53' tractor trailer experience.
• Mentor programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience.
