In this role, you’ll carry out a wide range of mechanical and electrical repairs to *OEM standards*, ensuring vehicles are restored to top condition. *Key responsibilities* include:

* _Mounting & balancing tires_
* _A/C diagnostics and recharge_
* _Suspension diagnosis and repair_
* _Engine and dashboard component removal/installation_
* _Vehicle alignments and more! _

*What You'll Do: *

*Our Collision Mechanics are responsible for identifying vehicle collision related mechanical damages and performing the necessary repairs. *

* Examine collision customer vehicles & identify necessary mechanical repairs
* Ability to research and understand OEM procedures
* Mount & Balance Tires & Performs alignments.
* Perform A/C recharges
* Perform Pre and Post health scans
* Diagnose and repair suspension.
* Remove and install dash components
* Remove and install engines.
* Perform vehicle mechanical repairs & documents services performed.
* Perform services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
* Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
* Demonstrate the Company’s Core Values
* Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
* Other duties as assigned

*Valid Driver's License is required for this position *

*Education (Required): *High School Diploma or Equivalent

*Education & Field of Study(Preferred): *Associates Degree or Certificate - Graduation from accredited trade school or community college in: Automotive Technology, Collision Repair & Refinish Technology, or similar degree/field of study

*Desired Work Experience (Required): *_*Minimum 3 years experience as an Auto/Collision Mechanic in a high volume Body Shop/Collision Center.*_ Must have working knowledge of automotive repair methods, including, but not limited too: replacing suspension parts, engine replacement, R&I, wiring repair, alignments, mount and balancing tires, troubleshooting fault codes and diagnosing mechanical issues of all brands.

*Certificates and Licenses (Preferred):* ASE, I-CAR, or any OEM certifications are a plus
