Roberston Trucks in Hiring Experienced OTR Company Drivers - Up to $.70 CPM - Newer Trucks
PAYMENT:
- Our Company Drivers Earn $0.65 - $0.70 CPM Based on Experience
- Our Team Drivers Earn $.72 - $.75 CPM Based on Experience
- Company Drivers Average Between $2,000 - $3,500 a Week - Take Home
- 1099
- $2,500 Escrow ( $250 Deducted for 10 Weeks)
- Weekly Direct Deposit
- 50+ available trucks / ready to go
- 2018-2023 Well-maintained, clean, fully equipped, Freightliners & Volvos
- APU
- Inverters
- Microwaves
- No Slip Seating
HOME/REST DAY CALCULATION:
- 3 weeks of straight work = 3 Home days.
- 4 weeks of straight work = 4 Home days
- 5 weeks of straight work = 6 Home day
OTHER:
- Consistent Year-Round Freight 3000+ Miles Per Week
- Drop & Hook, Live loads, Power Only
BONUSES:
- Clean passed inspections with no violations:
- Level-I - $500
- Level-II - $300
- Level-III - $200
- Loyalty bonuses:
- $500 - working for the company for 6 months
- $1000 - working for the company for 1 year
- Driver referral bonus:
- Hired driver 1 month of employment - $100
- Hired driver 6 months of employment - $500
Wage Range: 0.65 - 0.70 per mile
General Description of Benefits: 1099, consistent home time, well-maintained truck, great pay & more.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Must be able to understand and communicate in English
- No more than 1 accident (preventable or non-preventable) in the past 3 years
- No DUI/Drug Convictions/Arrest
