Impact Expedite LLC dba IX Freight is Hiring Out & Back CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver - Home 2-3 Nights Per Week!
Pay Structure:
- $37.50 per hour, with overtime opportunities at time and a half
- $1,780-2,350 per average week (based on 45-55 avg hours)
- Monday to Friday - Home 2-3 nights per week (sleeper trucks)
- Hybrid Local/Regional - Operating radius max ~400 mi from Dalton, Ohio
- Generally within 200-300 miles of home
- Drivers strap, chain & tarp loads as required
- No oversize, overweight or other permit loads
- Take the Truck Home With You!
- Metal bars, coils, finished metal products, piping, building materials (all kinds), concrete and stone products, lumber products, and more
- 2022 Mid-roof Int'l Lt's with ~200k miles
- Headache racks on all trucks
- New or near-new chains, straps, tarps
- Health Plan: Medical Mutual
- Available 90 days from hire
- We pay 50% of employee-only premium
- 401k Plan & Employer Match
- Match 100% of first 1%, 50% of next 5% (3.5% on 6% contribution)
- Employee contributions vest on first anniversary date
- Financial planning advisor will be available
- PTO Structure - One Day PTO per five Pay Periods (five weeks)
- Begins accumulating after probationary period
- PTO Days pay 8 hours
- PTO must be scheduled in advance, except in special cases

- Christmas Season Bonus - Drivers who remain employed with us and are in good standing through Dec 19, 2026 will receive a bonus of $777 on pay day Wed, Dec 23
Wage Range: 1780.00 - 2350.00 per week

- Flatbed experience preferred, not required
