Beyond the many job benefits previously mentioned above for truck driving jobs, there are several other appealing opportunities for truckers living in Wilmington. Delaware is situated to provide truck driving jobs that will allow you to travel the entire eastern shore from the urban Northeast all the way to Florida. And with a strong agricultural presence based on poultry, nursery stock, soybeans, dairy products and corn, there is a strong ongoing need for truckers. The Port of Wilmington contains the largest dockside cold freight storage facility in North America, making it a major offloading point for truckers headed to the heavily populated Northeast.
