Driver Pay Rates

• Starting Pay: $0.65 CPM
• All miles paid unless driver is going home
• Annually drivers average $75,000 to $85,000
• Breakdown: $14/hr after 4 hours in the shop
• Detention: $14/hr after 2 hours
• Layover: $80 per occurrence after idle for $24hrs
• Orientation
• Daily minimum pay when in training
• Lumpers: Paid by JBS Carriers

Work and Route

• Dedicated Runs
• Running Area: From Tolleson, AZ to Hyrum, UT
• Breakdown, detention, layover and stop-offs: included in the guaranteed pay
• Work Schedule: Run loads from Tolleson, AZ to Utah and/or Idaho, return load from Hyrum back to Tolleson, AZ
• Average Miles: 3,000 to 3,500 miles every 8 to 9 days | 115,000 - 120,000 miles per year

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class-A CDL with 1 year of 53' tractor trailer experience.
• Mentor programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience
