Driver Pay Rates

• Annually drivers average $78,000 to $88,000
• $1,250/Week Minimum Guaranteed
• Plus Hourly Pay for most on-duty not-driving time
• All miles paid unless driver is going home
• Orientation
• Daily minimum pay when in training
• Lumpers: Paid by JBS Carriers

Retention Bonus

• $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!
*($1,000 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days, $2,000 at 6 months, $500 at 9 months and $500 at 12 months)

Work and Route

• Dedicated Runs
• Running Area: Run loads from Tolleson, AZ to Southern California with one to three delivery stops, return with single stop non JBS customer backhaul to Tolleson, AZ
• Work Schedule: 2-3 round-trips per week between AZ and CA, depending on destinations and stop-offs. Most workweeks begin Sunday night and end Friday night/Saturday morning
• Night driving is required
• Breakdown, detention, layover and stop-offs: included in the guaranteed pay

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year of tractor trailer experience
• Must have 53' tractor trailer experience
• Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience
